INTERACTIVE LEARNING

This part of the course is ment for simulating various techniques in designing:

• Guided- Probe Testing;
• Pregenerated Testpatterns;
• On- the- fly Test Generating.

The applet allows to practice:

• Testvector generation (manual and pseudorandom generator - LFSR);
• Fault simulation (single stuck- at- faults);
• Fault Diagnosis.

The Interactive Learning applet is based on Java 2.
The plug-in for Windows can be obtained here (with I18n support ).
