OpenDesign() Function

Overview

This function is internal to Turbo Tester GUI. It loads SSBDD model file specified as a parameter to the function.

syntax:	`opendesign("<filename>")`
arguments:	`filename`	The fully qualified name of the SSBDD model file. It should include both file extension and a path to the file in addition to its name.
