OpenWeb() Function

Overview

This function is internal to Turbo Tester GUI. It launches default web browser and displays the URL given as argument.

syntax:	`openweb("<URL>")`
arguments:	`URL`	The Unified Resource Locator (URL) defines the web page you wish to view. For instance `http://www.mysite.com/`.
